I bought this because I have TMD, a jaw and muscle issue. I needed a full-mouth guard and this is perfect. Just as described, it's soft on the teeth but it keeps my jaw in place as I needed.The directions are easy to follow and it's easy to set up. Also, as the directions state, it does take a couple of nights to get used to but that's to be expected with anything new.I highly recommend this product.

After wearing the new timeless matter mouthpiece for the first week, it appears to have accomplished the desired goal of reducing the snoring. My wife has noted that she has not heard any snoring since I have started using the mouthpiece. Works great to prevent teeth grinding, it doesn't slip out of your mouth the material is sturdy and soft enough to relieve jaw clenching a little too. It doesn't advertise as snore preventing, but if you hold your jaw forward while molding it'll keep it in place and has helped my snoring so far.

I've tried several products, and this works well and is comfortable. No device is perfect (to prevent snoring 100% of the time), but this is really good. I've tried other products that work OK, but they are very uncomfortable and result in loss of sleep. This is the product I will keep buying. After a while, you may need to reheat it and reset the underbite.

The product is easy to set up and is comfortable. You may need to make some slight adjustments if your teeth feel weird after the first night's use. You may also need some chapstick as your lips may not close all the way like they usually do. Those are just two things I noticed, but my wife got her best night sleep the first night I used this (Fitbit Sleep Tracking). She said I haven't snored since starting to use this product. Very happy with the product and price.

I've used different types of mouthpieces several years for Apnea but timeless matter is the only one that has worked for me. Many others have been so hard they are uncomfortable or so soft that I bite through and ruin them when attempting to mold them.It takes me a couple nights to get the fit just right and comfortable but it's easy to reheat and fix any issues and it's much more comfortable than using a C-Pap machine.Very satisfied with this product.

The mouthpiece is comfortable enough to be able to sleep and the process on how to mold it is pretty easy, except maybe the back of the teeth with my tongue, I had a little trouble with that. Also it seems a little loose but maybe that is how it's supposed to be or I might have not done the molding too well from the back of the teeth. Overall, it's good for its price.

The only thing missing is an indicator for Upper and Lower. Other than that, I love it. My husband loves it too as he can finally sleep without me snoring him out of the room.

I used the knowledge gained from that product to adjust my bite on this one while molding and got even better results from this one. Have been using this product for many years. Have found that they dramatically reduce snoring and really help you sleep better thru the night by slightly moving the jaw forward. My wife will back this claim up no doubt as we both benefit. Reasonable price and have one for travel and one for home. Occasionally may need to reheat and mold again as over time they tend to migrate the bite a little but no biggie. I replace mine every so often just to start from scratch.

I have sleep apnea and have been using my nasal pillow mask and lately I haven't been able to heal my chapped lips. While sleeping I have been opening my mouth,trying to breath. Have used the Night Sleep Aid Mouthpiece for a couple of years. It works very well. The only time it's a little iffy is when it's due for replacement and gets loose in my mouth. Overall, it's comfortable unless I sleep with my jaw tweeked then it can cut into my gum. Occasionally my tongue also gets so but not enough to keep me from using it. It's especially helpful on trips. I'm on my third one, not counting the complementary ones you send as thank yous for reviews.

I also prefer these mouth guards to my CPAP, for the fact that it doesn't make me swallow so much air at night, and doesn't wake me up constantly. That may or may not be the case if you have sleep apnea, but this guard moves my jaw forward enough to help me breathe at night.

I do not have sleep aphelia but I do snore very loudly. This product works very well to reduce that and promote better sleep. The only down fall is, it does pull your lower jaw out a bit and I wake up having to adjust my jaw, stretching it back into place, but it's worth the minor discomfort.

I am the spouse of the snorer. The first night my husband used this he did not make a sound. He was so quiet I had to check to make sure he was breathing. This product was one of the best purchases I have made. No more moving to the couch in the middle of the night because of loud snoring. There is a break in period for comfort. I needed a mouthpiece to mainly prevent tongue biting during sleep, not really for bruxism. This unit does the job and is comfortable and not bulky. I have reformed it twice without issue and it conforms to your mouth and bite quite well (glove like). I don't know how it would perform for those with bruxism as it is recommended for that purpose (as with most all these devices) to form the mouthpiece with an underbite. I tried this at first but found it to put inward pressure on the upper front teeth and by morning it felt as if I had been wearing braces to pull my teeth upper in. But I guess this would be the case with any of these devices for bruxism. Forming it with my normally relaxed bite works quite well for my purpose and it allows me to sleep comfortably.

I've had sleep apnea for 15+ years. Used a CPAP for a month or so back then and hated it. Ever since I've used various anti-snore mouthpieces ( had to get them from Canada originally). This one by far is the most comfortable than any of the others I've used. I'd estimate I've tried 10 different ones over the years. The problem with most of them is the thickness near my jaw hinge, for lack of a better name. I no longer have to work out the kinks in the morning after I remove the device. YAY!

I've had an issue with snoring and it's gotten worse over time. These mouthpieces work well for me. There is an adjustable one made by (I believe) the same company that works very well, but is a bit bulkier, therefore less comfortable. This one strikes a great balance. It may not work quite as well (though still does work great), but is far more comfortable so I have a better chance of actually wearing it.Molding process is fairly simple, but if using this for snoring, you do have to remember to position your lower jaw forward when molding, unlike the adjustable version. If it doesn't work right away, it's easy to re-mold. Really can't complain, I really like this one!

The product does work to reduce snoring. I can confirm that because I wake my wife up with my snoring if I forget to use it.To reduce snoring, your jaw needs to be placed forward a bit. Practice moving your jaw forward prior to molding, then repeat that position when molding. Don't go too far forward the first time, or your jaw will hurt in the morning. After getting used to the device, if you are still snoring, re-mold it with a more forward jaw position. I used if for a week with my initial position, and was still snoring a bit. I then re-molded with a more forward position, and my snoring stopped.

This was so easy to prepare for use! Just put it in boiling water & then put it in your mouth, bite down (with lower jaw out a little) & press around with your fingers & put it in cold water! Tada! No more snoring!!! My husband is a TERRIBLE snorer & this has saved our marriage!! LOL! I bought this mouth guard to help keep my mouth closed while using my Bi-Pap machine at night. The directions have to be followed, to the second, and you will have good success in molding the mouth guard properly. My Bi-Pap machine gives me a rating every day regarding the stats of what happened throughout the night. I typically can't get above a 12/20 for the leaks on my mask, because my mouth falls open at night. Now I am getting 20/20 = NO LEAKS! YAY!

I have TMJ and I grind my teeth badly at night, I always wear some sort of dental guard. But recently I had a case of jaw pain and pain below my ear with vertigo that was insane! I had a dental guard that keep my lower jaw thrust forward which helped a lot but was incredibly uncomfortable. I have trouble with both teeth grinding and snoring. This mouth guard helped with both. I did modify it by inserting a butter knife handle through the breathing slot before boiling to make it larger so I could breather better. Then I put it in cold water and it held the shape. That caused my mouth to be held open further and gave me less of a fitting on my teeth, but I could breathe better through my mouth.

I'm writing this review because I just lost my previous mouthpiece due to a dog mistaking it for a chew toy... I spent one week without it and immediately noticed a drop in my quality of sleep and increased daytime fatigue as a result - I was honestly kind of shocked at the difference.This thing saves not only my sleep quality, but my partner's as well. It holds up for ages, too, though for the price it's worth replacing regularly because you're definitely going to want to be a lifetime wearer if your snoring is caused by jaw misalignment like mine is.It took me about a month to get used to having it in my mouth at night, but now I pop it in and fall asleep like it's nothing! I was recommended the Timeless Matter Mouthpiece to eliminate my snoring after trying the Tranquility Pro which I found my mouth too small for. The Timeless Matter felt comfortable even before molding and the the molding process was simple & successful on the first try. It is very comfortable in my mouth and I did not have any period of adjustment to using. I highly recommend the Timeless Matter for someone who is looking for a mouth piece less bulky, smooth, soft and very comfortable to eliminate snoring.The only side effect I have had is that my lower front teeth are slightly sensitive for 5-10 minutes after I remove the mouthpiece in the morning.

This is not the fist mouthpiece that I have used. I couldn't find the other one that I bought, so I thought that I would try this one. It works just as well. No more snoring! I highly recommend it for those whose spouses complain about their snoring. One more thing. I found with the other mouthpiece that I would sometimes drool at night. So, I bought some 2"" wide paper first aid tape that I use to tape my mouth shut. This serves two purposes. 1) It stops the drooling, and, 2) it keeps my mouth shut as my mouth still tended to open at night. It's not just this mouthpiece because I had the same problem with the other one. While this was uncomfortable, I got used to it just as I did with the mouthpiece. Good luck! "

I downloaded a snore app to gauge how much I snore. I was shocked to see how bad it was! The app has audio and holy moly I sounded like a chainsaw. Then ran the app with the mouth guard and the difference is huge. I slept pretty well with the guard in, it fell out once but I realized immediately and put it back in. I think this would work even better with a chin strap because if your lower jaw goes too slack the guard comes off your lower teeth. But so far this is a huge improvement.

I ordered this to replace a one sided bite guard that was allowing me to open my mouth during the night. This was sabotaging my cpap therapy. It was easy to mold. If you mess up you can do it again! During sleep it prevents most air from trying to escape out of the mouth and keeps you from grinding your teeth as well. I think it is comfortable enough for a bite guard. I've had no problems adjusting to it.

As others have done, I ordered this item to help with reducing/eliminating snoring, and it works great. This obviously makes for a better night's sleep, not being awakened every few minutes by snoring, and it helps me keep my wife. It was super-easy to customize fit, just following the perfectly clear directions. The fit is much better than other similar items I have tried, as the device lacks the hard plastic in the middle. Yet it works just as well (or better). Moreover, the item I purchased (Serenity Bruxism Night Sleep Aid) was much cheaper than competitors' products. I recommend it.

A year ago I was looking for a cheap and easy solution to help snoring and sleep apnea because I had been recently diagnosed but didn't want to spend a fortune to fix it. Read a couple of reviews that people used this for sleep apnea and jumped on it.IT IS AMAZING. My mouth is a little small for it but I don't even care. I have tracked my sleep with and without it, on a snoring app and fitness tracker, and I can also feel a clear distinction in my sleep quality and mental clarity when I use vs. don't use this at night.Make sure you mold it right (I had to do it a few times) so your lower jaw is moved forward, and it works like a dream. So much so that my dad also bought one and has given 2 others as gifts for his friends with sleeping issues. We're both on our second one, since it's been over a year and no matter how often you clean it they get kind of gross.Completely worth it, even though apnea is not the main purpose of this product. Game changer.

I heard that there were fairly simple devices available to reduce the noises and side effects of sleep apnea. This product works GREAT. Even the first night of wearing the device, my wife said she was not disturbed at all! Now after two weeks, we are both sleeping better and I no longer make the noises that kept waking her up. My only suggestion is that timeless matter would highlight the sleep apnea benefits in the product description. The information in the box highlighted the benefits of eliminating teeth grinding and really nothing about sleep apnea. Be assured, this device worked perfectly for me and the noises caused by sleep apnea.

Very easy to mold to your mouth, and to remold which I had to do. No chemical smell like you get with other products, so that's a huge plus. Love the carry box they give you so it stays sanitary and away from nosy doggies . Would highly recommend.

They will send a second unit for a five star review. But I would give this five stars anyway. It's not that uncomfortable and it works. For me, this has had a big impact on my sleep. It did not take too long to get accustomed to it although it is a pretty big piece of silicon. Follow the instructions carefully and if possible, use a food thermometer to monitor the temp of the hot water when you mold it. It's possible to make the silicon drippy if your water is too hot or if you leave it in too long. Bottom line this continues to work very well for me.

My husband has had three different mouthguards, with varying results for snoring and comfort. This one is quite good. The molding process is simple. Just extend your lower jaw slightly when you mold it and you can create a comfortable mouthpiece that won't cause jaw discomfort, while helping greatly with snoring. Be cautious about any unit with no molding required and no adjustment if you have an underbite, since the one he just returned ""assumed"" no underbite in its design and moved the jaw a painful amount as a result. This model has an air passage in the front center that may close up if you mold it without using the included tool, so follow the directions. "

i tried other brand to eliminate snoring sleep issue, but will wake up with soring uncomfortable mouth. this is much comfortable to wear, easy to self-fitting in 5 minutes, durable material... and not wakeup with soring mouth. Must try if you are experiencing snoring or biting during sleep. most importantly, better sleep, happy wife, and happy life!

This product is fantastic. I purchased a different product a month or so ago and it was like fitting an oversized leggo block in my mouth. I found this one & decided to give it a try.This one is completely soft compared to the one I had, and it was super easy to fit. I did have to fit it twice to make it perfect, but no problems. I have not been diagnosed with a specific problem, all I know is that I have trouble breathing through my nose at times during the night and this product has eliminated that problem.That's it. I used a Pure Sleep mouth piece for several years. It did a good job of preventing the snoring, but it made my jaw hurt. I opted for a Serenity sleep aid this time, and I love it. It is MUCH more comfortable, and it works just as well. The two main differences between the two is that the Serenity sleep aid is alot less expensive and it is made of all the same material. Unlike the Pure Sleep mouth piece this one doesn't have a ridged plastic frame. I think my mouth is probably a pretty average size, but because the entire Serenity aid gets soft during the fitting process, I'd guess it would work for a wider variety of mouth sizes.Will definitely be getting another one.

For the price I had to try..I have a bad overbite and stop breathing sometimes while sleeping..Also snore badly. I used an app to record and monitor my snoring and I was a 75 without the mouthpiece. I wore it one night and my snore level went down to 20! I still wanna e up a few times but maybe I need to get used to the mouthpiece. My jaw was sore for about an hour after removing in the morning but for less snoring it's worth it. If you snore from your bottom jaw and tongue moving back when sleeping then try this...

I ordered this product along with several others to address snoring/sleep apnea problems, especially bad when I first fell asleep (according to my wife)! I sleep on my back and my issue seemed to be with my lower jaw relaxing and moving backward cutting off my ability to breathe freely. The timeless matter bruxism mouthpiece resolved the problem completely. An added benefit is that I am not waking up at night with headaches and as a result consuming less pain reliever. Compared to others I tried it was more compact/comfortable and also of good quality. It was very easy to mold and is easy to keep clean. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but my improved quality of sleep is well worth it! I highly recommend this product.

I used this after trying the hard plastic (and much more expensive) 'Z' mouthguards. I founds this to be soft and more comfortable to wear, and I believe I sleep better as well as I wake up feeling more refreshed.

I have mild sleep apnea and I clench my teeth during sleep. I have tried the adjustable mouthpiece but it was too big and uncomfortable. This one fits so much better and I can sleep.

I've tried many bite guards and have to say this is the best so far. It's the second time I purchased this brand because it's the most comfortable of all the others I've tried. I actually mold it so that the bottom section sticks out a bit beyond the top portion - this stops me from snoring. If molded correctly, it does the same thing that SnoreRx does but for a tiny fraction of the price!

I am able to use this to quit snoring even while wearing a set of smile direct retainers. I use it without molding to my teeth due to the retainers at this time but plan to mold it in the future when not wearing the retainers. In the mean time still no snoring as that is more important than crooked teeth

I purchased this after having a snoring issue for many years. The product was easy to mold. Fit well... and best of all... it seems to work! My wife said this is the first time in years she hasn't been able to hear me snoring through the night. Great price!
