I tried a few others with no luck. This brand fit and performed exactly as advertised. When at the first try I didn’t get it fitted perfectly, I put it back in the warm water and did it again. Second time was a perfect fit. This has not slipped out at night and has been a God send for grinding and clenching problems that were seriously disturbing my sleep. My husband has asked for one now for himself. Can’t believe the great price on it. Great value.

I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a night mouthguard and this was recommended by a friend on Facebook. It works really well j
Ava J.
Not gu.my when molded so it lessens chew response. Nice and hard like that made by the dentist yet thin for comfort. Very effective. Good product.
Kian G.
This is at least the third time I've purchased this item from this company. They never disappoint. They actually get better AND easier! They should be rated #1. Even easier to mold now. The packaging with minimal waste is a plus!
Brianna H.
Waking up with massive headaches, sore jaw, swollen lymph nodes and a chipped tooth I finally realized I clench my jaw at night lol Went on the search for a guard, this is my second. First one I didn't care for, it was bulky and a pain to mold. I'm incredibly happy with Timeless Sleep! It was super easy to mold, messed up the first time and easily remolded it. Super light weight and can barely feel it in my mouth. I like that it's one side too, found the guard with upper and lower to be annoying. I no longer dread putting in my night guard before I go to bed thanks Timeless Sleep!
Zakariya J.
As a life-long night guard wearer, I was having issues finding a guard that would work with my adult braces. I tried several styles recommended by the orthodontist and finally found this. My ortho helped me form it the first time and showed me how to reform it after adjustments. I have reformed it 6 times (sometimes multiple times between adjustments) and have even switched from upper to lower. Worth every penny!
Melody I.
My new braces were killing me! The guard works just right.Try to avoid using it when speaking but, it was a lifesaver for my mouth! It says see the Orthodontist but, heck, this is my quick fix
Tabitha G.
This thing is great. It's super light and comfortable. I had to mold it twice because the first time was not centered. But after getting it right the second time, it started helping my TMJ pain by the second night. I used to have braces too and stopped wearing my retainer so the night guard doubles as a retainer for my top teeth now. Overall though, I'm really glad I gave the Timeless Sleep guard a try. It's an essential for me now.
Elizabeth B.
I have yet to grind my teeth through this one! So far it has laster longer than ones from the dentist office. Took multie times to get fit right and harder than most guards but still very comfortable!
Hugh T.
This mouthguard is absolutely amazing! I grind my teeth horrendously to the point of causing full face pain and serious trouble eating. This mouthgaurd has eliminated those horrible after effects and allows me to sleep with piece of mind that I'm not further damaging my teeth. I prefer the Timeless Sleep to the one from my dentist fit for me due to the fact that the Timeless Sleep NIGHTGUARD has tiny air holes throughout the plastic, thus cutting down on the yucky morning breath that I experienced with my non-ventilated mouthguard from my dentist!
Hollie F.
I have had two mouth guards from dentists over the years and they are always too big and never made it through the night. This Timeless Sleep Aero is much thinner and as a result much more comfortable to wear all night long. Still strange for the first couple of nights but then no problems, sometimes I forget it's in when I get up. Definitely worth a try if you feel that other mouth guards are too big.
Cleo N.
Super easy to mold to your teeth, very thin, I highly doubt you could make anything smaller or thinner that would protect your teeth. That being said it is the perfect size for protecting your teeth and does exactly what it's supposed to do! I easily fell asleep with it in the first night.
Hazel B.
This guard is great when fitted correctly - very slim and allows you to speak almost unnoticeably. My initial attempt at fitting the guard came close, but when i tried to soften to reshape a part, i dropped the guard into water that was too hot and the hole thing melted into a heap. This was my fault though and was annoyed at myself. However, i explained this to Timeless Sleep customer service to see if i could get a cheaper replacement (without the case etc), and then sent one straight through to me. This was much appreciated as it has really helped me get some valuable sleep right in time for adding a newborn to our household. Highly recommended, but watch out for water over 70c.
Mason R.
This lasted me a good year and a half which is impressive given that it's so thin and I grind my teeth all night long. Having crowns is worth 30 bucks a year so I'm ordering my second guard today. I like that the low profile of this guard doesn't make my jaw sore in the morning like the gel mouth guards tend to do.
Harris K.
Dentist told me I should sleep with a night guard to prevent grinding. Said they could give me a night guard that will be fitted to my teeth and won't move during the night. Would have cost $500-600 after insurance. This night guard does the trick and is molded to my teeth and doesn't move. This is completely worth the money to at least test out.
Jared D.
My fiancee used to keep me up grinding she has bruxism really bad and this mouth guard legit stopped her from grinding she had a acrylic mouth guard made from a specialist n she chewed right threw it cracked and all this makes it so she don't grind I'm sold
Josiah I.
I have gaps in my teeth & I'm a serious clencher when I sleep. When I used other brads that you would have to melt, I felt that the plastic would wedge between my gaps and space them out even more. With Timeless Sleep, these dental guards wrap around your teeth instead, so you don't have to worry about hard plastic being wedge in between your teeth. Just watch some videos of HOW to use it so that you can get the hang of it. Best dental guard so far.
Ieuan C.
Every morning I wake up and pray this company stays in business. This guard has been a lifesaver. I originally got a guard from my dentist, which cost $200 and was 3mm thick. It was so thick I couldn't sleep with my mouth closed. This guard solves that issue for only $20. Don't listen to reviews that say it doesn't fit right. They probably did it wrong, it fits perfect if you follow the directions.
Verity C.
This is truly the best nightguard I have tried... and I have tried many. It is more comfortable than the dentist made guard and much more durable than the adjustable kind I have tried. It was easy to mold and fits just perfectly. I have bought this night guard at least 5 times now. Each one lasts me about 6 month (I'm a hard grinder). Try it, you won't regret it!
Kitty R.
works very well. This is an excellent substitute for the expensive mouth guards you get from the dentist. Not the easiest thing in the world to mold, but once you get it right it is a game changer. Just get someone to help you make sure it is aligned properly in your mouth before you bite down. I would highly recommend this product. I have just been letting mine soak in mouthwash daily for cleaning. Not sure if that is the right thing to do or not.
Laurence L.
This is seriously the best!! I had an old one that I got at a store, well known brand, and my dog chewed it up. This other brand changed the way they made it and it now has 2 layers. I can chew thru that first layer in a night. It also got thicker and I feel like I will gag. The Timeless Sleep brand is awesome and I can get back to a good nights sleep!! You can remold it several times to get a good fit. It's thin and I've had it a few weeks and haven't chewed thru it. A define life saver!!
Minnie U.
I grind my teeth very hard at night and I've tried several mouth guards. This one so far is the only one that is very comfortable and allows me to sleep through the night. It is thin, easily molded and sits perfectly on my top teeth. I hardly notice it there, unlike all the other ones which are extremely bulky and forces my mouth open.
Ella K.
If you read the direction and take your time, you will never pay $500 or more for a dentist to make you one. I lost my dentist made one on vacation. I bought the flat one and molded it for my bottom teeth. I got it right on the first try and can't be more happier with this purchase.
Spencer U.
Excellent best one I ever tried. Definitely works. Takes a few tries to get right fit, but it's worth it. It's thin too, which made it the only one I've tried that I can sleep In comfortably. Definitely helped my jaw pain after only one night of use. I highly recommend.
Rupert U.
I grind my teeth horribly and have had a professionally made night guard that unfortunately my dog ate. Not wanting to shell out another few hundred dollars, I tried to replace it with several OTC guards with no luck (they were uncomfortable, too bulky, and often fell out of my mouth during my sleep due to fitting poorly).Fast forward to now, my grinding had gotten so bad that my jaw and teeth hurt during the day. I decided to try an OTC guard again and am so happy that I did! This guard is comfortable, fits great, and stays out all night. I also like the fact that it can be remolded if needed! Highly recommend this for anyone suffering from grinding.
Ruben T.
I just ordered a second one for backup. This mouth guard is very comfortable after a few tries.I love that I am saving over a $100 and worth buying a couple of pairs.
Tobias C.
It's very thin and easy to fit. You can re-mold them which I did to make them fit even better. I can talk with them, too.
Marnie D.
This night guard is great. I can see or feel no difference between this and the one I got through my dentist for over $300.I don't understand the reviewers who said they had to re-form it several times. I followed the directions and had a perfect mold in under five minutes.
Dale R.
I've been using this for two months, and it works just as well as the one my dentist made. I suffer from very crooked teeth from deformed jaws, so being able to wear this on my straighter bottom is much more comfortable. This is also much thinner than the dentist made one. It took a bit to get the fit right. I also had to trim it after about a week, but now it's very comfortable.
Madeline S.
I have had bruxism (severe teeth grinding) at night for 40 years and have had every kind of mouthgaurd/nightgaurd known to humankind: over the counter and dentist made for $500 after insurance! So far, the Timeless Sleep nightgaurd is the BEST I have ever used for the money, ease of obtaining, ease of making, comfort, ease of use, and I don't have headaches in the morning and it's protecting my teeth! Plus it's the only one I've ever had with aerating holes . I find these to help stop funk and gunk build up on my teeth during the night and prevents bad breath in the am especially if I use the Fresh nightgaurd spray on the guard before putting it in my mouth at night. I will never use another night guard.
Nancy I.
Exceptional value! Purchased to use temporarily until dentist had my $950 guard ready. The Timeless Sleep guard is much more comfortable, I wear it instead of the $950 guard. Wish I had tried this guard before I ordered guard from dentist could have saved $$$
Andrew J.
I had been through guard after guard after guard, brand after brand after brand. Of course, the dentist version is the best but expensive. This is, by far, the best guard I have found... it is porous so your teeth and gums breath during the night leading to less plaque build up. Also, you can remold this thing several times until you have it just right. Lastly, it's thin! You don't feel like you have a football or boxing guard in your mouth. Closest to the dentist that I've found.
Maisie J.
My dentist recommended a $650.00 night guard. After serious consideration, I give this a try. This mouth guard works, it took me about 6 times to make the guard fits my mouth, not too loose, not to tight. It works, I can wear it every night except that I forgot sometimes. Good buy!!!
Morgan B.
This is the best night guard! I had a $400 night guard from the dentist and when the dog chewed it up I've been on a mission to find an affordable, comfortable , effective night guard and it's been a long road. There are acceptable night guards available, but the Timeless Sleep actually can mold so perfectly to your teeth that it can't come out til you take it out. It's also firm yet comfortable if you bite down on it. Very lightweight and so thin I forget it's there, yet thick enough to protect my teeth from chipping when I grind them during sleep. This is my 3rd Timeless Sleep due to the dog chewing one and I lost one. I do have to mold them about 3 times to get the fit exactly right. Follow instructions and you can't mess up. I heat the water to near boiling in a pan and drop the Timeless Sleep in til super soft and take it out with tongs, cool for a nanosecond and fit it around my teeth. The most important part is to really suck in your lips around it as it cools and that creates the snap-in fit. If you mess up then redo it as many times as needed to get it right. When the Timeless Sleep first came out it was pretty expensive and was still worth the price. It's more affordable now and I think it's fantastic. Don't wait til you've chipped your teeth at night like I did! Get a Timeless Sleep night guard.
Zoya E.
I have been wearing mouth guards at night for years. My current one broke and before spending hundreds of dollars with my dentist, I decided to first try a DIY mouth guard. And I am very happy I did. It was easy to fit and is very comfortable to wear. And the fact that you can re-mold it, if needed, took the pressure off getting it right the first time. Found it to be exactly as described.
Katie H.
I've tried a couple of different brands before trying this one. It fits so snug and no worries about it falling. I like the fact I can reheat to adjust a few area.
Edward B.
Super comfortable and thin. The best for grinding. I do not like the holes in it, they hurt my tongue, but I have tried so many mouth guards and this one is slim and easy to mold and it helps more than the expensive one my dentist made for me. I will be buying more of these if this one wears out, but it seems pretty durable.
Tomas F.
I love this night guard. I have purchased 2 for myself. Once you mold it correctly it fits snug on either upper or lower, whichever you prefer to fit the device to. No worry about it falling out. Great value for the price.
India D.
My goto mouth guard to keep from tooth grinding while using cpap.
Sapphire F.
I gag so bad and I can't believe I slept through the night with this. Highly recommend. I like that you don't have to use boiling water
Ibrahim E.
I thought I wouldn't like it because it's hard but I do like it because it is nice and thin. It fits well. It is not difficult to mold if you follow the directions.
Cory S.
5stars! As someone else said - if someone is giving this a bad review, it’s likely because they did not follow the instructions! My wife and I were both told that we grind. Got one of these for both of us. Took two tries before we got the mold perfect. Very easy to form and dries hard. So far, it’s very comfortable. It’s not super thick which is good but might be a downfall. I’ve chipped my enamel on my teeth so I’m thinking I might be able to chew through this but hopefully not. If I do, I’ll try the thicker version next time. At any rate- a nice alternative to spending $300+ at the office.
Hana H.
If you grind your teeth while sleeping and want an easy-to-make and affordable night guard solution, this is it! Excellent quality, comfortable and Timeless Sleep's customer service is above and beyond amazing! Just follow the video and don't over-think it. The guard doesn't have to cover all your molars. Just follow the directions and video and in a few minutes you will have your perfect night guard without breaking the bank! Excellent. Love Timeless Sleep
Nia Q.
For any price, this is the best nightguard ever. More comfortable than bulky expensive dentist office nightguards. Fit is easy and perfect. The holes allow saliva to move, so no drooling! My TMJ headaches are gone after 4 days of use. I can not say enough good things about this product.
Veronica G.
The 1st 1 lasted forever and finally gave out. much better than the store wax bulky ones, or the dentist office very expensive ones. Light weight, strong and holds up!
Ahmed O.
My wife and I both use the Timeless Sleep for years. This is my second one. Highly recommend it.
Maria W.
I just bought my second SISU night guard. I've used the first one for about a year and love it. I prefer a hard plastic, slim night guard and this fits the bill. I found that soft plastic night guards made me bite even harder and most were too big and bulky for my mouth. I have a small jaw and don't like the way other mouth guards push on my upper lip. This slim guard is very comfortable. As other reviewers have said, the guard shrinks as it cools. The instructions indicate that when fitting, you should fit the product closely to your teeth, but I found that just fitting it lightly over my teeth resulted in a more comfortable fit.
Ernest N.
I have an extreme clenching problem and have been through several mouthguards over the years. I actually like this one better than the ones I have purchased from my various dentists over the years. I even keep a spare in my carry on just in case I would forget my guard because I cannot sleep without it. It may take you a couple of times to mold correctly, so be patient.
Keith B.
Decided to start using a night guard because I was clenching my teeth and cracking my fillings. Now that I've got them fixed, I'd rather not go through that again. It helps tremendously! My jaws aren't sore, and I sleep better. It might take a while to get used to, but I used to have braces/retainer so it doesn't bother me at all.
Leo T.
I formed this to my bottom teeth and its so comfortable! I can actually sleep with my mouth fully closed (unlike The ConfiDental ones). And it's super easy to shape.
Renee M.
I used to have a $1600 mouthguard. It was wonderful, until I accidentally flushed down the toilet. I've tried drug store mouth guards before but I needed a hard mouth guard. This one is just as good as the $1600 one, plus it's remoldable. If you want a soft/chewy sports type guard, this is NOT for you. If you need something for bruxism (and you can talk and drink with this in) then definitely consider this product.
Maya H.
I loved this. I had to reheat and shake a couple times but it just requires hot water not boiling. Very hard so won’t grind through it. Thin enough I don’t hate it. Molds easily to your specific mouth. Fits like a glove. Can’t say how great this is for this issue. I liked that it is remoldable if you mess up or it’s not as comfortable as you want. Can even reshape later if have dental work done.
John O.
Absolutely the best night guard I have ever found. It is the thinnest yet most durable night guard. It is so easy to form and easy to cut some off of you need to. Very comfortable!!
Brandon J.
These night guards are moldable. If you don't get it right the first time, submerse in hot water again and re-fit. Turns rigid as it cools. Most comfortable of any over-the-counter guard I've tried.
Daniel K.
I replaced a $500 Dentist custom fitted mouth guard with the Timeless Sleep night guard. The Timeless Sleep night guard works much better than what my Dentist fitted me with.
Saul F.
These work great if you don't have dental insurance and want to pay over $400 for a mouth guard. It has been working well and I don't even notice sleeping with it. It was a bit difficult to get it shaped to my teeth. I had to redo it several times but it held up just fine and I could do it easier the next time. Great value for price.
Otis P.
A good alternative to the $400 mouth guard that my dog decided should be his chew toy. Unlike other store bought mouth guards, this one is not bulky and I do not spit it out in the middle of the night. It took me about four tries to get it fitted correctly but has been helping prevent the migraines I usually get from my TMJ.
Maddie E.
Hands down the best drug store night guard you can buy! As long as you follow the directions you won't have a problem molding it to fit your mouth. So happy I found this one! This saved me some serious money! Note: I watched the YouTube instruction video which helped!
Agnes M.
I clench my jaw when I sleep and purchased the product to see if it'll help. I've never worn one and didn't want to spend a lot of $. It was easy to mold, instructions were very clear and simple. It took a couple of days to get used to and so far I've been using it for a couple of weeks and have no complaints or issues with it.
Timothy V.
Read the reviews and was worried but now I can honestly say some folks just don't know how to follow directions I suppose. The plastic turns clear when it's warm enough to mold, then turns back to white as it cools. Very sturdy plastic and not at all too thick.
Bryan F.
Needed a night guard while having several surgeries done for dental implants. This product was great because so far I’ve reshaped it 6 times as my needs changed. Also it’s very comfortable and I hardly notice it’s there unlike some others I have tried. And it keeps me from clenching my teeth as much as I used to.
Flora W.
I'm obsessed with these night guards - this was my 2nd purchase. I had one from the dentist that was super uncomfortable and then tried Plackers. This is the most comfortable I've found and I end up wearing it almost every night (not true of the others I've tried). I found that adding a bit of hot water from the kettle helped me to shape it (as opposed to just water from the tap), though I suppose it depends on how hot your tap water is. I also made it looser than you would think when fitting it on the second go round and that worked perfectly. My only wish is that it didn't need to be replaced every 6 months. Definitely worth it though to have a product I'll actually use. I also recommend the fresh spray with it - spraying it after rinsing/drying in the morning and before wearing it at night.
Faith G.
It’s not as hard to mold as people are saying. You just have to follow the directions and make sure it’s not too hot and not too cold. With that being said I probably could’ve re-molded it because the front is a bit jaggedy. But it still works just fine. It’s a pretty high quality night guard overall. I have TMJ as well as have a huge problem with grinding/clenching so I need a heavy duty one. It’s been about a month/month and a half since I’ve been using it and it’s holding up pretty well.
Imran E.
I was worried after reading some of the reviews, because prior to this I have only used nightguard from a dentist. It arrived, I heated water on a stove, monitoring the temperature with our digital thermometer, had to let the water cool to the right temperature, no biggie, then used insulated metal tongs to hold the guard in the water until it turned clear and floppy. Once it had, took it out of the water, plopped it on my teeth using my tongue and fingers to find the right placement. Held it in my mouth while I unloaded and reloaded my washer/dryer, and boom, new nightguard.Cool! Way easier and faster than ever before. Usually takes weeks and 6 times this price to get a guard. Thanks!
Sienna E.
Five months in the guard is holding up well. I'm a heavy grinder and chewed through most softer guards within weeks, even managing to crack a hard, acrylic guard made by a dental lab. The Timeless Sleep was easy to fit and then make some minor tweaks by immersing it in hot water again. I easily got a comfortably snug fit that prevents the guard from coming loose while I sleep. Although the material is hard, the way it conforms to the contours of your mouth makes it quite comfortable.Update: I've now used the guard for 18 months and it's still in good condition. Its somewhat higher price than other guards is more than compensated for by its longevity.

When the pandemic first started I like many was laid off from my job and a lot of stress started to accumulate. I would constantly wake up with a terrible jaw pain and thought it was just serious migraines /stress (that is until I got my dentist to inspect my teeth). I tried using a cheap generic clear very bulky rubbery/silicone mold it yourself nightguard. I thought it was working when I had it, but over time I noticed that I would still have jaw pain and unless I'm imagining it I think that nightguard had even started to shift my upper teeth a bit.So through a lot of research I finally decided to spend a bit more and brought this brand. It definitely wasn't easy to get the right fit, I must have remolded this nightguard over 20 times. Thankfully it lets you remold it many times. I finally got the right fit and I sleep so much better now. It's not perfect, but for the price and the fact that I can order it online and get it super fast; it's a great nightguard. If you order the flat nightguard, it will arrive in a very slim card with instructions and the guard. It's a very thin nightguard, so it's probably not for severe grinders, better suited to people who kind of clench their jaw in their sleep.
Alexander B.
I love my Timeless Sleep night guard! I have tried several night guards that are like wax to fit, this is so different. When dropped into hot water it doesn’t get gummy and hard to fit and when you don’t get it just right you can try again and it goes back to it’s original shape instead of a wad of melted plastic. It is so worth the money, I have wasted so much money on the ones that melt like a wad of gum, Timeless Sleep goes back to it’s original shape when reheated in water and keeps it’s shape. I only had to reshape it once after the first time and it fits like a glove. I’d give it ten stars if I could.
Kaitlyn K.
I bought this after my dog chewed up the one I got from the dentist. Even with insurance, it was expensive and couldn’t really afford another. So I decided to look elsewhere for a night guard and decided to give this one a try. To my surprise, I like it better than the one from the dentist. Here’s my fit-tip: As it says, this can be remolded. So if you don’t get the perfect fit the first time, no worries. They don’t mention, however, that it can be molded in sections. The first time I molded it, I felt the front was absolutely perfect but the back half of the guard really, really not. At the risk of not wanting to “mess up” the front, I just dipped the back half in a glass of hot water and proceeded from there. I could concentrate on fitting the back before it set up because I didn’t have to worry at all about the front. It worked GREAT!Cleaning tip: Denture cleaner! No scrub and works in 3 minutes.Definitely try it! It’s a great buy.
Serena D.
The comfort of this guard is the best I’ve ever bought. I have a small mouth and it works great. I can actually sleep with this in and better sleep at that. All the plastic bendy ones were always too big and made me salivate horribly when trying to fall asleep. This doesn’t do that. If you’re thinking about this guard you should really try it.
Bertha A.
This is my 2nd night guard... the 1st was a soft one made by another company. It was OK... not very comfortable, partially covered my guns and a good portion of the roof of my mouth. And. Actually made me clench/grind more! This Timeless Sleep is FAR better! I LOVE it! It was fairly easy to shape. I did heat up & reshape 2 small sections in the back and it's now PERFECT!It covers your teeth, only! Not any part of your gums... that alone is a huge relief. It's fits snuggly, but not too tight. And you can't beat the price!I highly recommend it! Just follow the heating and shaping instructions and you can't go wrong! Reshaping is NO problem, either, should you need to do so.
Mark J.
This is by FAR the most comfortable mouth guard I have ever bought. I often wondered why more guards weren't made like this and didn't know they existed! It is THIN and unobtrusive, I can even talk pretty normally in it. I was worried it would be hard to mold but it was actually easier than the big chunky ones. It got clear when it was pliable but wasn't floppy (I did be sure to use water that was very hot but not boiling -160 ish as suggested per my meat thermometer!) Molded simply but a bit too tight at first, it's hard not to suction and try to clear your mouth a bit but it was an easy fix! So happy to be done with those giant chunky rubber things, even the 'slim' versions were too big!
Orla C.
The last time I bought a night guard through my dentist, it cost me nearly $100 and it was basically little more than a $5.00 athletic mouth piece that the dental assistant fitted for me. It was bulky, I could not sleep with it because I was drooling and waking myself up. Total waste of time and money. Out of desperation, I thought i would just try this item. I am SO glad that I did. It was extremely east to fit to my teeth, I actually accomplished a perfect fit on the first try. The material is much more slender than the athletic style, so I am able to close my mouth around it with no problem and able to sleep without waking up due to drooling because of the bulkiness. I don't know yet how long it will last, since I have only used it now for about 6 months. But I know this: I WILL buy another one when the time comes to replace it. GREAT product and GREAT value!
Theodore R.
Used to use the Sisu brand when I did roller derby. Started needing something to stop grinding at night. Fits very similar but shorter (less gag reflex). Easy to form, just read the directions or watch the video. Using your thumbs to support it as you put in your mouth when forming is key. Gently close your teeth as you move your thumbs to the cheeks to let go. Form the sides up, make sure to pull your lip down and over and gently suck to create a vacuum, not forcefully! Wait a bit by just wearing to let it fully harden and you're done.
Nathaniel V.
Hallelujah, a cheap night guard I could mold to my uppers. Lightweight and perforated. Much better than the expensive, tight guards for my lowers that I kept getting from the dentist. No issues molding, thought the water really needed to be above 140 degrees, maybe 150? And I'm not going to win a 'beautifully molded bite guard' contest, but it works for me. Been using for a few nights now and the achy jaw feeling is going away. Life is good again.
Edwin S.
Great product, easy to mold and get fitted comfortably. Will have to wait and see how long the material will last but so far zero problems with it. This isn’t like other moldable mouth guards ; it’s much thinner and harder so it takes up less space on your mouth which is important for my gag reflex. Had no issues sleeping with it and had no pain or soreness afterwards.
Eloise A.
I absolutely love this mouth guard !!! I have ordered so many night guards that I had almost given up on finding one to work for me ....I’m a bad teeth grinder and I started to grind on the sides of my tongue making a hole and I was in so much pain from that . Now my tongue has finally healed after months of pain and i even sleep better now . This mouth piece is so comfortable and snug it has even straighten my teeth some . If you don’t get this mouth piece your missing out . One last thing it is a little difficult to mold because of the material but don’t give up because it’s well worth it once it done. Make sure to press as good as you can and use a fork to dip and remover mouth piece to and from water so you have more control of it . Enjoy !
Mae P.
My dentist recommended this to me when I started grinding my teeth down in my sleep. I’ve used this for almost 2.5 years now and it’s made a huge difference in my everyday life. I no longer have daily headaches and jaw pain and the cosmetic and structural damage I was doing to my teeth. I haven’t had trouble with molding them so far and I’ve done it with two different ones, just follow the instructions to the letter. My last one lasted over two years before it started falling apart (probably should’ve replaced it sooner but I didn’t realize how long I’d had it). 100% recommend!

I have been using this mouthguard since November 2018. The same guard! I have reshaped it at least 6 times mostly due to dental work changed the fit. I have used it on the bottom as well as the top. It is the most amazing guard I have ever had. I grind my teeth terribly and had use MANY different types from over the counter to the dentist made. I bite through every one eventually. The Timeless Sleep guard has been the exception. It shows wear but in no means is it worn out. I love the low profile fit. It doesn’t cause gums to recede, my mouth to look like a boxer with a mouthpiece, and I can talk without sounding strange. It’s so comfortable I sometimes forget I have it on. Other guards I have used get very nasty over time despite cleaning after every use. They even get moldy even if I have air dried or used hair dryer without heat. The Timeless Sleep has discolored but another nice feature is that the guard has holes which I think helps to dry. I would definitely say the downside to this guard is it is very challenging compared to others guards when it comes to fitting it. Most guards are already shaped whereas the Timeless Sleep is completely flat to start and that makes it challenging but not impossible to fit. You just have to be patient and relax it will mold if you take your time. I do caution to NOT use excessive “suction” when molding as the fit can become too tight and very uncomfortable. Always remember you can soften in hot water to improve the fit. I buy items and consider the customer reviews before purchasing. This is something I felt very strongly about reviewing as I have spent a lot of money over the years, sometimes over $100 for a guard made by my dentist. This by far exceeds anything I have ever used it is exceptional quality at an unbeatable price. I hope others will have the same experience!

Best mouth guard ever!I’ve boughten many different brands of mouth guards and I’ve finally found the “one”This one is very thin and most importantly... NOT noticeable. This has no nasty chemical taste, it’s not bulky, it’s very firm material, so I don’t have that bulky rubber feeling in my mouth.I work with the public and I got tired of looking like I had chew in my mouth and sounding like Daffy Duck. This mouth guard is so thin, I can talk clearly.I’m not always having to take it out when I’m on the phone or talking face to face to someone. It’s so thin, that no one has noticed I’m wearing it.I will say, as a first time user this was a little awkward to mold. I didn’t realize that you can keep reshaping it. But if you follow directions and are patient you’ll have a perfect fit. I should say, I use this for my bottom teeth, so I’m not sure if that’s why I had a little trouble? But, it’s worth it.I just bought another guard as a back up.I absolutely prefer this over my $500.00 professionally made dental night guard!!This material is not rubber but very hard plastic

This think is a little miracle! I have tried several other 'mold your own' guards to help with bruxism, but they are always super bulky and almost make me gag. This is so EASY to mold and feels great...almost like nothing in your mouth at all! I don't think the $600 guard my dentist tried to sell me would have been any better. I hope these continue to be available because they are fantastic! If you need to protect your teeth and don't want to pay a fortune....get one of these and give it a try. I just can't see how anyone could be disappointed with this.

It's a known fact that materials (except water) expand when hot and shrink when cold. This guard is no different. After fitting the guard it seems to shrink enough to cause tooth soreness from pressure (similar to having braces) so do not fit it too tightly for the initial forming. The good news is you can reheat and reset at least a few times to get the fit right. Once the fit is good this guard is AMAZING. It's thin so that it doesn't affect speech that much. It isn't annoying for me to chat with my spouse with the guard in.As I said, it can fit REALLY tight and the benefit is that it will not come out while sleeping. I'm a side sleeping mouth breather and this thing hangs in there. This is a combination of the tight fit and small size.A note on reforming. This guard starts out as flat, not as a rough form of a mouthguard. This means that when you 'reset it' through re-heating that it goes back to its original shape...other guards do not do this. Other, larger guards only soften the features they have, they do not return to their original state. So if you bite into a softer, larger, guard you cannot get a *perfect* fit if you try to re-heat and reset it. This guard is not as soft as other guards but is just as comfortable. I see the ability to reform from scratch a huge plus.

I totally screwed up the first one I received, they replaced it free of charge. That one lasted me 3 years wuth nightly, comfortable use (purchased Aug 2018), and I'm about to buy a new one, thought write a positive review considering I'm about to be a repeat customer. Took some time to get the impression right, but $25 for a night guard that fit well and lasted 3 years is a darn good deal.

Thinner than the mouth guard that my dentist made for me so it's more comfortable and less drooling and less choking on drool in my sleep. Now I can sleep pretty since my lips easily close over it unlike my giant one from the dentist. It took 2 attempts for me to get it molded just right but it's easy to reheat & it quickly goes flat again to get a re-do. I really tear up the thick one from the dentist so my only concern will be how this thinner one will hold up with my hard-core grinding. I guess time will tell but even if it dsnt last very long, still a solid ""overnight bag"" mouth guard. I'd buy the thicker 2.4 mm one (same brand) if I need to replace this one. "

I have tried many night guards due to grinding. I recently had some dental work done and my night guard I had made from my dentist was no longer fitting properly. I decided to try an over the counter night guard until my dental work was complete at which time I would be fitted for a permanent one from my dentist. After using the Timeless Sleep night guard I will not spend over $200 at my dentist's office when this one is the most comfortable one I have ever tried.

I’ve used a lot of night guards over the years and I’m pleasantly surprised at the durability of this product given how thin it is. It makes me less likely to grind because it’s not as squishy. Granted, it has only been about a month so I’m not sure how long it will wear. Will come back and post but for now I really like it a lot and would recommend it for any long-term grinders.

I clench my jaw pretty bad in my sleep. I must do some grinding too since my dentist mentioned the wear on my teeth. She recommended a mouth guard made through them which as we all know is about $1 million. I have a small mouth and tried the ones from the drugstore but they were way too bulky. I am also known to take things out in my sleep (did it with my headgear And retainer when I was young) so I would always take those big bulky mouth guards out. This mouthguard is great!!! It is easy to mold and allows you to redo it quite a few times if you don't get t right the first time (which I had to do). It fits tight enough that I don't take it out in my sleep and I don't wake up with an achy jaw. Be careful when making it not to make it too tight. That is why I had to redo it a few times. I have a dentist appt next week so we will see what she thinks of it.My husband has had two professional ones made that have cost $600-$800. This mouthguard is comparable to those professional ones for a fraction of the price!!!

I've used the traditional bi-layer plastic mouthguard for years, and it works well. They're cheap, easy to fit, and comfortable to wear, but somewhat bulky in the mouth. They last me about a year. The Timeless Sleep product is much thinner, and also a harder plastic. It took me three attempts to get it fit correctly, but then it was very comfortable in the mouth and works well for its purpose. I like it.I've only been using it for about a week so I can't yet comment on its durability.

This Timeless Sleep Aero mouth guard makes a very good night guard for your teeth. One nice thing about this highly engineered plastic is that it becomes clear, translucent, when formable. When placed in the warm water bath, the edges become translucent first, then the translucency moves inward. So for making a nightguard, you want to pull it from the water bath when the edges only are translucent.I reformed my night guard about ten times. Last few forms I did a quick dip in the water bath to just make the edges pliable.Early in the process, I did make the mistake of getting the end folded on itself, and biting it. If you did this to the normal soft rubbery mouth guard, it is permanently welded, time to throw it away. But with the Timeless Sleep, I dipped the folded end in the bath, took it out and pried it a little. Dip, pry and repeat many times. Eventually getting it back to normal !!

I have been a moderate teeth grinder for most of my life. I have used custom mold mouth guards or no boiling one or whatever out there. I have tried so many before. I guess they were okay for what they are supposed to do. But this one I recently purchased has two advantages. It has a very slim profile that makes sleeping at night comfortable and easy to breathe. Another interesting thing is it has hard surface so when I wear and fall asleep my teeth tend to stay apart from each other and naturally relax my jaw muscles into a normal resting state. This is a game changer for me. It has helped me result in less jaw and teeth pain than before. This is the best out there!

This is the best mouth guard that I've found. This purchase is the second one for me, but only because I have to have one sanitizing. This was very easy to form. I took a couple of times heating, but only to fine tune. The guard is white when it comes and you can tell when it's ready to be shaped when it goes clear. I used a temp probe to make sure the water wasn't too hot. I pulled it out and just lefted it to my teeth. A quick press to make sure it's in the best spot and then I suck in my breath to press it to my teeth. I leave it on to cool and then remove and rinse. I had the first one for longer than a year but after shaping this one I took my old one, and on impulse I heated it up. It still went clear and I was able to tighten it up a bit. I love these and trust no other!

It took me couple of soaks to get the perfect fit. It is not the easiest part. But once it was molded perfectly I am using it every night over my dentist made night guard that was hurting my teeth… It may not be a lasting guard for heavy grinders but does the job for me. I have it for few months now and wear it every night and seems it will last me for quite a some time.

I have had a lot of trouble finding a night guard that fits because I have a small mouth and my teeth are not straight. Thankfully I found this nightguard, I have had it since Jan. 2019 and I love it. It was easy to mold and is small enough for my mouth. I cut some pieces so they didnt fit to far over my gum and pinch me and its perfect. My dentist has seen significant improvement, no more broken teeth from grinding. I love this item.

Super thin, easy to fit, and durable. I grind through most in about a month. 3 months later and it is still going strong. My custom one from the dentist is too big and I have trouble sleeping with it. This one is no problem. I have formed it so it also works in place of my retainer. I will likely grind through it eventually but for the price and comfort I will gladly buy another when the time comes.

It took me a bunch of times to form this to be comfortable. I grind my teeth in my sleep and this has been a life saver, I feel SOOO much better thank you so much. This is my second one (I lost the first one) Worth every penny

Based on my past experience with night guards I was extremely surprised at how well this worked for me! I think part of the reason is the thinness. Usually I go back to my dentist at least 3 times to have my guard fitted better - very sensitive jaw to the point where my jaw trembles if the guard isn't perfectly fitted to my bite. NO problems with this one! Couldn't believe it. Just wanted to give it a try to save $300. Glad I did!

A little tricky to form- got it on the 3rd try. Helps to watch the video several times and follow instructions exactly- (don't bite down too hard, it makes holes). At night, I don't even know I'm wearing it- and it doesn't come loose/fall off like the other softer ones. However though it's improved- I still have some jaw pain. I'm going to try getting one for my lower teeth as well and see if it helps more. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Easy to form but the instructions are inaccurate. It took hot water at about 160 f to get it softened. You can tell when it is ready because it becomes clear. I used my tongue to get it properly seated on the second run. The instructions say to use your thumbs. Did not work so well so had to redo. Redoing is easy with no damage to the material. I wear it nightly. Best mouth guard ever.

This is an excellent product, but you have to work with it. It takes a few tries to get it perfect, but is worth the time. you have to get a feel for getting it in the right amount and centered so it comes out even. Also don't bite too hard or suck too hard. That is not necessary. It goes back to the original shape every time you reheat. Just be patient and think through what you are going to do shape it BEFORE you take it out of the hot water. It shrinks a bit at room temperature, so it feels a bit tight when put it back in, but in a few minutes it has warmed to body temp as you originally fit it and it is fine.

I bought this bite guard to use until I got the one I ordered from my dentist. This one is way more comfortable and works better than the $380 one I got from the dentist. Love the little holes that prevent saliva from pooling up inside it. It isn’t as bulky and hard as the one from the dentist either. It took me two tries to get it fitted to my teeth. Recommend doing it in front off the mirror. But it was easy to remold. I only wear this one and wish I hadn’t wasted my.money on ordering one from the dentist.

Haven't started using it yet, but I must say the instructions are easy to follow. It isn't a huge guard so if you have a large mouth it may not work for you. It doesn't fully cover my last molars (don't have wisdom teeth), but it covers enough. I heated the water closer to 150 degrees or 65 C. You want the guard to be see through. Then I used my tongue and fingers to mold it around my teeth. Then I sucked really hard to help remove air for a better fit. After the 3 minute wait time it was perfect.
